CWISL is an active group of contemporary children’s writers and illustrators formed in the early summer of 2006 to support and promote good children’s books and their authors and illustrators.

If you're under 16, ShoutAbout is where you can show your writing and illustration. You'll find your stories and drawings in Your Shout. Roundabout is full of thoughts and ideas from authors and illustrators as well as interviews, games, puzzles, book news and choices, and more.

The SoA protects the rights and furthers the interests of all types of writers. It has a membership organisation representing over 9,000 professional writers from all sectors and genres.

Tales On Moon Lane is an award-winning children’s independent bookshop in South-East London. 

Dulwich Books is an award-winning independent bookshop which hosts various book-related events.
